ok, from now and on, if more people wants, i can post also to german language.

1st. The o-ring outer diameter must be bigger than the old one, ok?

2.The valve cover gasket also, is a bit tricky, you need to clean perfect, and apply black gasket sealant carefully.

The most difficult to leak is near Camshafts, cause it might go to timing belt.

    be carefully with this.

also you have to order 4 round cirlces for spark-plugs seal.

and 1 black rubber half-moon to change that also. It's near thermostat housing.

I like this gold color of aluminium, it's cause i use fully synthetic oil.

the video is true. He is a tester of bike magazine MOTO in greece.
This was his trip from home to magazines offices.

Also the bike cops , are very mystirious. Many times they see you without
helmet, free exhaust, no licence plate, and they never stop you.

But the might stop you for turn signal not working.

i am saying 100 euros 4 tires, GENUINE stock continental.

    Not any fake.

Believe me, sometimes you can find items so cheap.

Here is the wheels i bought

Hyundai coupe 98 wheels on santamo

    Also see the tires here:

The road in greece is like soap. When it rains you really can't even stand still.

Also the tires are getting like soap soon, as they contact with soap pavement.

So, if you pay new expensive tires, in 1,5 year the grip would be awful,

and the color of the tires is getting from black to grey-white.

Check me here to soap road, with a GPz750 with only measured 65 ps.

check also city madness at athens, a real friend video.

you can check the road condition and the brakes unable to stop.

    I like your answer.

In greece noone is going to check your car for tires.

Also i got 1998 hyundai coupe aluminium wheels, which are very wide to take these tires i asked.

The price of these stock tires is just 100 euros, so it makes me think of
    it as making a test.

I will search kumho dealers around here, and get prices.

Also, this car never repaired more than 1 day, then closed, and driven, mostly by my wife.

It's our family tool, we like it.

I will go to the sites you told me and have a look.

If i wouldn't fix my car, you would never had photos?

I also drive and fixing a BMW E34 520i (my old father loved it) but i am tired by these cars.

There is always something to fix on these BMW, never been relaxed.

    And 1 question,

i have found 4 tires, stock, 2010 dot, premiumcontact 2, but at 205-60-R15 ..... should i install them?

No problem with TUV in greece, you can pass an elephant for a motorcycle.

this is the fuel pressure regulator,

injection temp sensor, on the thermostat housing. Most times is blue colored. On the down side of housing.

    looks like this http://www.opelparts.org/live/C6020111429FAE.jpg

    it's there

    and the whole housing is

the red sensor is for temp gauge only or for commmand to open the cooling fans, but not sure about that. Never tested.

    But blue is right.

I am very impressed by goodyear vector 5+. If i find them with a fresh DOT number, like middle of 2010, then i will take them.
    But they are old design.
Also, as you know , unfortunately, greek culture, become a bad culture.

In greece the tire-shop are removing the rubber stamp of DOT on these wheels.

Cause i had 1 tire failure, ordered the same brand and type, and the tyre had the DOT erased by scratching that area.

Believe it, i have 3 tires with DOT, and 1 without.

Also, i heard about 205 km at tacho, which is very-very accurate, 5-7km faster than GPS readings.

I once pressed it at 180 km/h with auto, and i got a bit scared, it gave me the feeling that it hurts.

So, you found the 139 ps i have lost?

not good, means it was surging, like not wanting to move, and if you never changed it, then you must change it, else the petrol IN-TANK electric pump is going for failure, when it's hot.

Also i always have 1/4 of petrol in tank, and more. Never less than 1/4 cause our pump is petrol cooled.

for example, bmw e30m40 has in-line electric fuel pump, same like ours main component, but in-line, so no matter how low your fuel is at that cars.Fuel pump there, will never work without petrol, cause it/s in line.

    Hi,

I have from 124000km till now 168000km the goodyear Vector 5+ at 185/70R14.

Now on the new aluminium coupe 98 wheels i must put 185/60 R15 , or 195/60 R15 tires.

The Vector 5+ was fantastic tires on all matters.

After so many km, the grip is still there, but i have a lot of noise.

I am impressed cause older goodyear tires were very bad.

What tire do you suggest for me now ?

something that you have tested to your santamo.

Santamo is 12-pin ALDL diagnostic like old mitsubishi.

    see:

Also, the most common failure are ABS wheel sensor, which is based on magnetic field effect, so it looses its work. It's just like BMW E34 M20B20 Crankshaft position sensor.

You can measure each wheel ABS sensor resistance in ©hm while turning wheel, with multimeter.

    Hi,
I have ordered from E-bay all the original parts for my 170000 km timing belt replacement.

    see.

from here re missing for the moment:

    Original Water pump 25100-33130
    pulley idler 24810-38001

It was very difficult to find these parts in greece. Only in aftermarket quality , so i ordered from e-bay.

    hope helps someone.

    Hi,

I had tested on the past some coupe 98 aluminium wheels.

Even the center circle of santamo is 69,1mm which is exact the same.

Both wheels are 114,3mm bolt space betwwen bolts.

    The santamo wheel is a 185/70 R14 and Coupe 98 is 195/60 R15.

I found them at a very cheap price.

70 euros 4 wheels, without tires.

    See pic: http://i1.photos.scar.gr/1276/1276576_0_b.jpg

Also, in greece, hyundai Central Distributor, made an offer of 40% cheaper

    oem replacement parts.

They charged me 160 euros with the 40% lower price, for the OEM o2 sensor.

    they must be joking.....

1st they told me 60 euros, i said order it, and when item arrived, told me new price.

Many-many times i picked wrong parts from toyota, hyundai, and i won't turn it back, just not to create problem to the employees there.

But this time got to far.

I already have a spare 80 euros key that won't work, and a 5ME headgasket that i have no such car.

    sorry hyundai genuine parts store!!!

a small similar problem i had, was that LPG reducer - vaporizer, needs a bit more pressure at idle.
Mine Tomasseto has a small 4 allen key, i put it in, give a 1 circle turn clock-wise , and it;s fixed.
No more hesitating and problem to move till 1800rpm.
It's normal cause these components inside have membranes-diaphragms which loose their tension to keep pressure.
follow pic you see LPG reducer - vaporizer, and LPG ECU.

    Hi to all,

I have a feeling that cause of emmisions, hyundai sent to germany santamo, with a pre-cat which is only placed on our and kia joice cars.

no other car in the world, with the same motor, mitsubishi, has this kind of

    pre-cat.

    pre-cat

    central-cat

It just got it from 1 gen cat to 2nd gen cat.

    BUT

I am almost sure, that this motor should fly, not be slow as hell.

So, i want to make a change, and remove the front pre-cat.

    I will have:

    1. lower engine compartment temperature

    2. better motor breath, no more backpressure.

    3. bypass the symptom of clogged pre-cat.

    4. much higher perfomances.

In germany, you have a lot of cold, so no problem with temperature.

The motor cooling temp is always a bit lower than middle in my car.

and compression is top, so no problem with motor.

    But perfomance, really sucks.

Compare it with a 1992 corolla SW 1.6 motor, and you will be crying.

    1997cc motor going like a 1400cc.

Don't tell me about the weight, cause other cars, same weight goes 2 times better with 1600-1800cc.

Tell me opinions about the pre-cat remove!

also my car runs on LPG now, when i go to petrol, perfomance are 10 slower, believe it.

2-3 times i had no lpg, and it turned automatically to petrol, you could feel the perfomance drop.

The motor is working like a charm, and you can't even hear it at 5000-5500rpm.

so it is not a bad motor.

Many here suggest me put a new lambasonde but no luck with genuine.

    I can't find genuine less than 90 euros+shipping.
